Refund, Return, or Cancellation Policy


  1. You may request a refund if you are unhappy with your products for any reason within 7 business days of receiving your item.

  2. You may return defective or damaged items only. You may contact or +1-508-319-9372 within 7 business days to explain defectiveness or damage to begin the return/refund process.

  3. You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing you order by emailing or calling +1-508-319-9372. After 12 hours of placing, we reserve the right to continue processing and fulfilling your order.


Shipment, Fulfillment or Delivery Policy


  1. We only ship within the United States.

  2. Orders placed have a 24-48 hour processing time before shipping.

  3. If items are out of stock or delayed, you will be notified via the email provided on the order.

  4. Items are shipped via USPS. Once entered into the USPS database and shipping hands, we are not responsible for delays or damages.

  5. If there are any updates to your order (i.e. out of stock, price increase/decrease, shipping fulfillment issues, etc.) you will be notified via the email provided during checkout.
